Hello! I have been a Pediatric Occupational Therapist for 23 years specializing in Neurodivergence, birth to three development and medically fragile infants. I am passionate about identifying root causes of challenges that impact a child's ability to thrive in their life including regulation and social engagement.

Children do not grow and develop in silo, they are learning through people in their environment during their everyday activities. I bring this knowledge to the families that I work with by working side by side with caregivers to embed practical useable strategies into their everyday activities to impact not just the child's developmental growth, but also active connected participation with the overall goal of helping families enjoy their moments together to create a happier life with greater ease and flow!

I have a true passion for Neuroscience and learning about the human nervous system!! LOL!! This is reflected in my free time activities of exploring nature ( love anything with water and sun) teaching and participating in yoga, facilitating and participating in Breathwork practices, creating fun unique games to play with my kids, painting and drawing. Also love a good Spa day!!
