I am a born and raised Iowan (Go Hawks)! I moved to Florida in 2022 after graduating from Drake University with my Doctorate in Occupational Therapy.

Since then, I’ve had the opportunity to work with both pediatric and geriatric populations across outpatient and acute/inpatient settings, giving me a well-rounded perspective on care across the lifespan.

I am also trained in Photobiomodulation (Low-Level Light Therapy), allowing me to incorporate innovative, evidence-informed approaches that support the brain and body at a deeper, cellular level.

I have a strong passion for holistic health and wellness and love helping individuals and families incorporate sustainable, healthy habits into their daily lives.

Outside of work, you can find me spending time with my boys at the beach, at the park, or out on a run. I love soaking up the Florida sunshine and staying active ☀️
